Transform Yourself!
Transform Yourself!

What sets Transformational Holistic Coaching apart from other forms of coaching is that it views the client as a whole being, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

This approach promotes deeply transformational changes.

Transformational Holistic Coaches specialize in many areas and provide value to a variety of different clients.

My Coaching Approach

My coaching incorporates several evidence-based strategies to help individuals achieve overall health and wellness:

  1. Holistic Assessment

Taking a comprehensive view of overall health and well-being, considering the body, mind, emotions, spirit, environment, and more. This assessment helps find areas where a person may have lost touch with their authentic self.

  2. Creating a Safe Space

A key strength of mine is creating a safe and non-judgmental space where thoughts and emotions can be explored without the fear of criticism.

  3. Skillful Communication

This includes deep listening, powerful questioning, and clear and direct communication. This allows for genuine understanding of their clients.

  4. Guided Self-Reflection

I assist you in uncovering your authentic self by using thought-provoking questions and exercises to peel away layers of external identities.

  5. Social Science Theories

The following social science theories are often incorporated in my coaching :

    1. "Transtheoretical Model": A fascinating approach that describes the stages of change we experience when embracing new behaviors. It defines the progression from contemplation to action.

    2. "Motivational Interviewing": Picture a compassionate conversation that empowers you to explore your motivation for change. It creates a sense of ownership and commitment to personal goals.

    3. "Positive Psychology": This uplifting practice explores what makes life meaningful. It focuses on strengths, virtues, and the search for happiness to enhance our overall well-being.

    4. "Appreciative Inquiry": Positive questions inspire change and promote innovation. It’s about what works well and then building from there!

    5. "Self-Determination Theory": This intriguing model explores what drives human motivation. It highlights the importance of autonomy, competence, and relatedness in our quest for growth and fulfillment.

These concepts not only inspire us to think in new ways but also EMPOWER us to take meaningful actions toward personal and collective TRANSFORMATION!
